Ordering Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order to All About Cakes you are agreeing to the following terms:
DELIVERY DETAILS
We endeavor to post orders within 2 working days. Although we do our best to maintain sufficient stock levels, we cannot guarantee stock availability at all times, if an order contains items that are out of stock then you will be notified prior to order dispatch.
VAT is charged at standard rate and included in the price of goods stated on this website where applicable.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal system. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of orders. Customers wishing for their orders to be sent again within this time period will have to pay again for their order including applicable P&P elements.
Orders can be sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed next day delivery (Sunday not included) only if ordered before 12 noon, all costs related to this method will be charged as part of the order.
A refund for goods deemed not delivered after 15 working days will be given after the missing parcel is returned to us.
PAYMENT
Orders dispatched will have an accompanying invoice. We accept payments from all major credit or debit cards except for American Express. We do not accept payments by cheque or postal order.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
An order placed can be cancelled up until the time it takes a member of All About Cakes staff to get in contact with you either by phone or email to confirm postage and packaging costs of the order in question. Once the package ordered has been dispatched you are no longer entitled to cancel the order in question and request a refund.
RESTRICTIONS
Where the order concerns knives, bladed articles, and alcohol by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
